Pattern — when she goes
Outdoor trips by hour, counted separately — pee and poop run on different clocks. Only trips that produced something, and accidents caught in the act, feed the window predictions. A few days of logging shows the windows worth being outside for.

What happened?
Pick the closest one. It logs what needs logging and tells you what to do about it — using what is already in your log, so it only asks what it can't work out.
Tip log
Every tip you have seen, by category. A new one arrives each day, and nothing repeats until you have seen them all.

Sync
Devices sharing a house key see the same logs, tasks and log buttons. Pick something long — it is the only thing protecting the data.
Not syncing. Everything stays on this device.
Sync check
Open this on both devices. If the house code differs, they are not sharing a log — retype the key on one of them.
The server is holding entries back. The fix rebuilds one table so entry ids belong to a house rather than to the whole database. Every row is copied across first and checked before anything is removed, and it only needs doing once, from either device.
